What a whole-home job looks like
We take a lot of houses down to studs and put them back. Rowhomes in Canton, Federal Hill, Hampden, Locust Point. Some on the county side. Most projects land between $50K for a lighter cosmetic-plus-systems job and $200K-plus for a full gut with additions.
We’re not the kind of GC that signs the contract and disappears. The same crew is in the house every day. Framing, rough, drywall, finish, punch. You see the same faces from start to finish.
How we scope it
First visit is on site, walking the whole house, looking at the panel, the stack, the roof, the floor system, and the layout. Then you get a written scope with line items. Not a single lump number. You know what you’re paying for.
If the scope changes during the job, you get a change order with a price before we proceed. No surprise invoices at the end.
Why owners hire us for the whole house
We self-perform. We pull permits. We hit our start dates. We send you photos every week. We don’t disappear when the deposit clears. That’s the whole pitch. It shouldn’t be rare but in this market it is.
